04. One-Command Diagnostic Report

If the other troubleshooting steps do not solve the problem, run the diagnostic script included with the SDK:

sudo kcanosdiag.sh

The script creates a detailed log file similar to kcanosdiag-1.0.0-20251105.log. Send this file to Kunhong technical support with a description of the problem and the device model.
